In order to please our customers, we give 30 days money-back guarantee from the day service was taken. However, the rule applies if the service is taken by customer and particular amount has been detected or added to us. In that case, you are eligible for the money-back guarantee.

If the issue arises again we will try to re-fix the issue first without charging any extra amount and if in case we are incapable to resolve the issue, reliant on the circumstances, limited or full amount will be returned.

The refund of an amount may take 7-10 working days to show as credited in the customer’s account through, payment was made.

The problem for which a refund request is made either has to be similar or connected to the actual issue as cited in the confirmation email or the contract signed by the customer. For instance, if there was printer connected problem and customer is making a refund request for laptop connected problems, we will not accept it as a related issue and in that situation, no refund demand will be tickled.
